As the summer season begins to loom into view, it’s about that time where we can expect our very own Roska to start unleashing an arsenal of festival-ready weaponry onto the scene, with a tonne of firepower already waiting in the wings. This time around he returns to collaborative duty, being joined by two long term compatriots in both Jammz & Aleisha Lee, cooking up a serious summer-time sizzler taking the title: ‘Do Me Wrong’
As a follow up to his ‘Ice Cold’ EP which dropped earlier this year, this one is a punch-wielding stick of dynamite for the dances, as a lively backdrop of potent snare-lines and typically energetic Roska percussion lay the backdrop down for both the explosive vocal presence of Jammz, and the nostalgia-inducing melodies of Aleisha Lee, both of whomst fully understand the assignment and deliver clinically clean performances. This is Roska at his best on the production side of things as well, making the overall result a seriously useful riddim for DJ’s worldwide.
This is one of the leading singles towards Roska’s upcoming August-released LP project, it’s safe to say that we are more than excited for the rest of his 2022, with a number of European & International bookings and a behind the scenes look at the makings of this one already confirmed. Things are about to get very lively indeed!

All the tracks are great but Stepper is the standout for me! pounding syncopated kicks, rolling handdrums and playful sample work, dancefloor destroyer. Jack G.

My whole body agrees with the pace of this short but solid track list. A generous helping of acoustic rhythm samples ignited by breakbeats add extra attention to full range movement on the dancefloor. Not a beat wasted. cherub420
